What is returns policy?
Here at we offer a 7 day money-back guarantee (UK ONLY).

If you need to return any goods you must inform us in writing (letter, email or fax) within 7 days beginning on the day after delivery of the goods. The date of delivery will be that recorded by our courier. Once we have received your request for a return the Customer Service team will give you a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). Goods returned without a Returns Authorisation Number will not be accepted.

Please ensure all goods are returned with their original packaging, complete with all other associated components sent with them such as lamps, warranties, instruction booklets and accessories. Goods should be in an undamaged condition. The cost of returning the Goods will be deducted from the refund of the purchase price if a collection is arranged by

You can also return Goods by your own method of transportation at your own cost. Please note that you have a statutory duty to take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are not damaged in transit and that we receive the goods. If reasonable care is not exercised, we may make a claim against you for not exercising this statutory duty.

What if my goods are damaged or faulty?
We always endeavour to provide quality lighting products however if you believe that you have a product from that is faulty and it is within the period of our Guarantee then please inform us in writing as soon as possible. Do not continue to use the item.

Our Customer Service team will issue you a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). Goods returned without a Returns Authorisation Number will not be accepted. Please return the goods to us at your cost and make sure that they are securely packaged and insured during transit. If the goods are found to be defective we will refund your delivery costs to you.

Once we have received the goods we will inspect and thoroughly test them, if they are found to have a manufacturing defect we will offer a full repair, a replacement product or a full refund.

I have forgotten my password what do I do?
Please go to Log In at the top right corner of the home page and click the link "I Forgot my password". Follow the instructions carefully and you will be able to rest your password.
