What are Lighting Magic's delivery charges?
We try to keep delivery charges low, whilst at the same time using an efficient and reliable courier service who keeps you informed and allows you flexibilty. (See details below) Your order may even qualify for FREE DELIVERY* (*T&C apply)

How do I qualify for FREE DELIVERY?
If your order value totals £100 or more before VAT is added then you will qualify for FREE STANDARD DELIVERY* to any UK Mainland address. 

*Lighting Track over 1 metre in length does not qualify for free delivery and is subject to a £25 handling surcharge applied by our couriers. Please call if you wish to order track as we have other delivery options available.

When will I receive my order?
We realise that a quick turnaround time is essential and at Lighting Magic our main priority is to deliver your goods to you as soon as possible.

How long will my order take to arrive?
An Order Acknowledgement will be emailed to you once you have placed your order online to let you know that we have received your instructions. The acknowledgement will inform you of an approximate delivery date.

Who delivers my order?
Lighting Magic understands that all orders are urgent and we are all so busy. For this reason, once an order is ready to be despatched, you will receive an email giving you a tracking reference so that you will be able to track your parcel/s online using the Interlink Express track it service.

Interlink Express is one of only a few couriers who give a one hour delivery slot and a text mesage service (a mobile phone number must be given with order) so that you can make sure that there is always someone ready to receive the delivery or change the date and time to a more convenient one, allowing you to organise your day freely.

When will my order be despatched?
In the majority of cases, orders will be despatched within 5-7 working days from receipt of your order. If your items are available immediately from stock they will be despatched on the day we receive your order (providing it is placed before 2pm on Monday - Friday ) on a next day 24 hour service.

We have a reputation for helping out wherever we can! If your requirement is urgent please make us aware when you submit your order and we will let you know, as soon as possible, if we can help.

In the unusual situation that your item is out of stock and will be delayed any longer than the standard 5-7 working days (standard items) or beyond your approximate delivery date (bespoke items) then we will contact you by email or telephone to inform you of a revised date for delivery.

We advise you not to book an electrician to install your Lighting Magic products until you have received and checked your order.

How long will my order take to arrive once it has been despatched?
All goods for UK mainland delivery are despatched on a next day service. *UK Mainland only.
You may choose to upgrade to a before 10am service, a before 12pm service or a Saturday am service, on payment of an extra charge. You can select your require option at the checkout.
